We provide comprehensive care coordination through medical, therapy, equipment, recreational, and vocational resources—supporting patients and families at every stage.
Welcome
Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine Associates is an independent medical practice with a main clinic in Milwaukee and satellite clinics in Green Bay and De Pere. We serve patients from childhood through adulthood, manage wheelchair and equipment needs, and collaborate with local therapy providers to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.
