Practice Philosophy
"Practice goals include providing coordinated care, focusing on strengths—not just weaknesses—to ensure patients and families have the equipment and resources they need, and enabling clients to achieve their highest level of comfort and independence."
We provide continuity of care and a smooth transition as patients become adults. Unlike most practices that require switching physicians at age 21, Dr. Moberg-Wolff is trained in adult PM&R as well and continues to care for her patients through adulthood. We also actively welcome new adult patients with developmental disabilities and prosthetic needs.
